What ShuttlePro is
ShuttlePro is software for organising badminton leagues and tournaments — registrations, fixtures, scoring, standings and ratings. We provide the tool. We do not organise, run, supervise or officiate any match, and we are not a party to any competition arranged through the service.
Play is at your own risk
Badminton carries a risk of injury. Organisers and players are responsible for their own safety, fitness to play, venue conditions, supervision of minors, and any insurance they consider necessary. ShuttlePro accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any activity organised using the service.
Results, ratings and content
Scores, standings, seedings and ratings are generated from data entered by organisers, captains and players. We do not verify that data. Where a result is disputed, the organiser of that competition decides — not us. Team names, logos and other material uploaded by users are their responsibility, and they must have the right to use it.
Payments between participants
Subscription fees are payable to us for use of the software. Entry fees, match fees and any other money arranged between organisers and players are strictly between those parties — we neither collect, hold nor guarantee them, and we cannot arbitrate a dispute about them.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
